Booking Policy
All treatments must be booked at least 72 hours prior to start time and a non refundable deposit of 50% of treatment price (excluding add ons) is payable at time of booking.
I accept cash, card and online payments but please note that due to high levels of forgery, I cannot accept £50 notes or those that are not Bank of England as payment.
Patch Testing and Consultation
A consultation is carried out before the start of every treatment, whether you're a new or existing client. This is for insurance purposes and to check for contraindications to find out if you are suitable for treatment (a GP letter may be required). Consultation should last no more than 15 minutes prior to start of treatment.

For some treatments, a patch test is required to be carried out 24-48 hours prior to start of treatment to check for any allergies.
During treatment
Before and during your treatment, please make sure that there are no distractions which may affect the final result. These include-
All mobile phones and electronic devices to be switched off or put on silent.
Please remove all valuables and jewellery for the duration of your treatment (depending on area to be treated).
Keep all pets or young children away from the room and area in which treatment is carried out.
No food or drink allowed near the treatment area, but a bottle of water is okay as long it is kept away from electricals.

Do not allow children to touch any equipment used for treatments, also do not allow them to disturb treatment in any way.
Please make arrangements for children and pets to be cared for so you can have some quality time for yourself
​during your treatment.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Please note that a minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment otherwise 50% of the full treatment price will be charged.

There may be times due to unforeseen reasons your appointment may have to be changed. However, I will contact you in advance if that is the case.
